Casting Clinic - CANCELLED

Master guide/casting instructor Joe Heuseveldt will lead the clinic assisted by Dick Gander.  Joe has years of experience teaching proper casting technique.  His experience as a retired school teacher also serves him well with patience and the ability to break the casting stroke into basic principles.  In addition to the classic overhead cast, Joe has many tips on how to best fish the Truckee River.  This will be an outstanding opportunity for our beginner and intermediate members.  Sign up early!

Where:
On the Truckee River just above the 'Toilet Bowl' on Glenshire Road.

Bring your favorite rod & reel with a floating line. We will be in the river so waders are recommended.

If you register and cannot make it, please cancel well in advance. This is a popular event and others will want your space!

Take Glenshire Road East from Truckee. Before going up the hill to the bridge, turn off on the dirt road by the big tree. You should see the water treatment plant across the river. We will be across the RR tracks to the west (upstream).
