TTFF is importantly all about having fun in our sport.

This is NOT a stodgy group that gets together to swap old fish stories. TTFF is a vibrant organization on a mission to advance our sport.

We have several social events throughout the year to engage non-fishing spouses as well as members, including our annual Rendezvous in June and our annual BBQ in August. On our multi-day Groupfish events we always schedule a group dinner on one evening and welcome our non-fishing partners to hike or just enjoy the beautiful places we visit.

Since Truckee/North Tahoe is a destination for Fly Fishing, has a large part-time resident population and is a popular retirement location, TTFF offers a great opportunity to meet people with like interests. We take this seriously and structure our programs and events to encourage our members to get to know each other.
