We will attempt to acquire camp sites. Each person responsible for cost of own sites. Trip is subject to the WIND. High winds can make the lake nearly unfishable.

EVENT CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER.

I have fished the Forebay many times and will provide some basic instructions on how and where to fish. Bring 6 to 9 weight rods. Best lines will be a fast sinking line or shooting head. Tippets are straight 15# test flourocarbon of 4 feet or so. Primary flies will be clousers and other striper patterns. May have some top water action for a floating line and flies such as a gurgler.

If you don't wish to camp, there are motels in nearby Santa Nella.
